1. Quotes

All quotes given by phone or email are estimates based on the information you give us. The final price is confirmed on site once we've seen the work. If anything changes the price (e.g. the room is larger than described), we'll tell you before starting and you can decide whether to proceed.

2. Booking and cancellation

We aim to confirm bookings by phone or email. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice where possible. We don't charge cancellation fees for short-notice changes, but we appreciate as much warning as you can give.

3. Satisfaction re-clean guarantee

If you're not happy with the result of any clean, tell us within 7 days and we'll come back and re-clean the area at no extra charge. This is our guarantee and it's offered honestly. It does not cover stains we've already explained are not removable (e.g. dye loss, set-in bleach marks, permanent damage from prior treatment).

4. Furniture moving

We move and replace most ordinary furniture as part of the job. We do not move: pianos, antiques, bookcases with books in, beds with drawers full of contents, china cabinets, electronics with delicate wiring, or anything you specifically ask us not to move. Please clear small breakables before we arrive.

5. Insurance

We carry full public liability and treatment-risk insurance. Documentation is available on request. Claims must be reported within 7 days of the work and supported by photos where possible.

6. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work, by cash or bank transfer. [confirm card payment options]. Commercial customers may be invoiced on agreed terms.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care on every job and are insured against accidental damage caused by our work. We aren't liable for pre-existing damage, wear that becomes visible after cleaning, or shrinkage on fabrics where the manufacturer's care label was incorrect or absent, though we will always test for these before starting.
