How long will my carpets take to dry?

Typically a few hours, sometimes a little longer in colder months. We extract as much water as possible so you can walk on the carpet in stockinged feet within a couple of hours.

How much does carpet cleaning cost?

Prices start from £25 per room and depend on size, condition and how much furniture there is to move. We always quote up front by phone, no surprises on the day.

Can you get red wine out of a carpet?

Often yes, especially if you blot (don't rub) and call us quickly. Older, dried-in wine stains are harder but we have specialist products that shift many of them.

Can you remove tea and coffee stains?

Yes, most of the time. Fresh spills come out easily. Old, set-in tannin marks need a tannin-specific treatment, which we carry as standard.

Can you remove chewing gum?

Yes, we freeze it, lift it off and treat any residue. Please don't try to pull it out yourself, as that usually makes things worse.

Most foundation, mascara and lipstick marks respond well to a targeted spotter and gentle agitation, followed by extraction.

Can you remove animal stains?

Yes. We treat the stain, the smell and the source, urine in particular needs an enzyme treatment to break down the proteins, not just a perfumed mask.

Do you treat fleas?

Our cleaning process kills adult fleas on contact and removes most eggs and larvae through extraction. For an active infestation we recommend pairing the clean with a vet-approved household treatment.

Will tobacco smell come out?

We can significantly reduce tobacco odour in carpets and upholstery. Heavy long-term smoking can leave residue in walls and ceilings too, so a full result sometimes needs more than just the soft furnishings.

Yes, we are fully insured for both public liability and treatment risk. Documentation available on request.

Will you move my furniture?

We move and replace most furniture as part of the job. Very heavy items (full bookcases, beds with storage) we'll clean around, just let us know in advance.
